GRAPHITE TO GRAPHENE: Since it’s inception Advances in lubricants technology since World War 1, additives technology uses sulfur, phosphates. The graphite additives formulation poses a problem of block engine oil filters.

ENGINE OIL SUMP CLEANSING.

 

 

The nano lubricants catalyst additive act as a “magnet” to attract contaminants, sludge, particulates and metallurgical debris to the oil filter. In July 2013, we further upgrade our Nano Technology Engine Treatment Booster catalyst formulation for new testing. The test was conducted by University Technology Malaysia – Automotive Development Center. The Engine performance test results adapted quoted as follows;

Brake Power ,Engine horsepower is a measure of power output produced by the engine. The BP is being derives from Torque and engine speed measurements. A graph of Brake Power against engine speed (at constant throttle). The BP value of the engine lubricated Before and After with NLCA produces a positive value and indicates the encouraging improvement of the engine’s BP average of +28.05%.

 

2. INCREASE by +27.89% ENGINE TORQUE:

Torque is normally measures of the engine to do work. A graph of Torque against engine speed. A graph of Torque against engine speed (at constant. The Torque value for engine lubricated before and After treated with Nano Additives. The positive indicates the encouraging improvement of the engine torque at average +27.89%

 

3. DECREASE FUEL BY -28.40% (BSFC)

Brake Specific Consumption is a measures of the fuel efficiency of a shaft reciprocating engine. It is the rate of fuel consumption divided by the power produced. 5. EMISSION GASES                    

REDUCE GASES by - 6.14% (NOx)

OXIDES OF Nitrogen Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) emission is deirectly proportional to combustion temperature. High cylinder temperature which occurs during the combustion process can cause nitrogen react with oxygen to form NOx. It is the source of air pollution called smog and ultimately may cause acid rain. A graph of Nox against engine speed. As the engine treated with NLCA lubrication oil enhancement, the graph shows NOx was decreased at the average of (1500-3000 rpm) This is a positive improvement of the Nox’s emission gas of the engine.

 

REDUCE CARBON MONOXIDE by 1-3% (CO)    

Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbon (HC). Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions is a product of imcomplete combustion and occurs when carbon in the fuels is partially oxidized rather than fully oxidize to CO2. It is also a high toxicity gas. The graph HC & CO shows the difference of -3%.

 

6. OIL SUMP TEMPERATURE STABILITY:  

Oil Sump Temperature. Oil sump temperature was taken by inserting a thermocouple into the dip-stick slot of the engine. The operating temperature of the engine maintained consistent.
