1980: Scientific & Industrial R&D objectives, to enhance engine reliability, to formulate new lubricants formula. Development of Proprietary formulations.

1981R&D into Lubricants Catalysis and Additives, Teflon/PTFE base formulations.

1985: Development of Total Preventive Maintenance Technology for Industrial application

1988: Technology Transfer Australian Technology Overseas design and construction of prototype chemical processing laboratory/plant.

1900: Development of New Bio-diesel product, the first in Malaysia. Development of Petrol Fuel Booster to promote and enhance combustion.

1992: Development of Environment Conservation Technology in collaboration with Penang State Development Corporation to reduce Diesel exhaust emission from buses and taxis. Applied Engineering and Product Technology, best recorded reduction of diesel exhaust emission level from 95HSU to 35HSU. Representing a reduction of 63%.

1995: Design and Construct a state-of-the art Chemical Catalysis Additive Processing plant with a production capacity of 40 metric ton per day. Extended sub-contractor with a production capacity of 4,000 Metric tons per day.

1996: Ongoing Catalysis & additives proprietary formulation recorded 150 lubrications formulations.

1997: Development of Thermo-dynamic Engineering Technology for racing application

2000: Customize specialty racing lubricants catalysis, additives and engine oil for Sauber-Petronas Formula 1 Racing engine.

2005: OEM; Principal and Manufacturer. Using Proprietary formulations, contract manufacturing and customize specialty formulations for lubricants blenders.

2006: Professional Services and Consultant to Lubricants Oil blenders and Oil marketers.

2008: Reformulation of Formula 1 additives, from a concentrate potency of 2.5% to 0.5% (5 fold more potent). Compared to other additives of 5-10% treatment levels.

2010: Technology Transfer Advanced petroleum Lubricants Technology overseas.

2010: Hopefully the Sale and Purchase of this Advanced Petroleum Lubricants Catalysis Additive Technology for Applied Environment & Energy Conservation.

GTLCAC may be blended to upgrade your SN base oils monogrades, synthetics, and even recycle engine oils to highest grade and quality. The new concoct grade will exceed “SM” grade and quality . We can supply you this new Green Technology Lubricants Catalyst Additive Concentrate (GTLCAC). The dosing level is very potent. Requiring only 0.5% blended to 1 liter base oils.
